Good Copier for the Price

The previous Brother copier that I owned included a separate tray for 11" x 17" paper. The current model must be hand fed from the rear using one sheet at a time. This is quite inconvenient and time consuming for someone needing to copy 10 or more copies of small architectural drawings for a client. Other than that the copier is great for a desk top copier and suits my needs as an architect working on small projects. The machine is easy to work and functions great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the slowest printer I have ever used.
Takes about 15-20 seconds per copy.
If all the features that were touted in the ads were actually correct it would be a great MFC.
It does connect to the wireless network seamlessly and the quality of construction is admirable.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but have followed every troubleshooting suggestion available.
I would like to keep this MFC if it could print a an acceptable speed. However, I am sending it back.

Awesome results when printing, easy to set up and use, and Brother keeps you informed about your product. Only recommended improvement would be to speed up the copy function--a bit slow compared to other printers.

Excellent Purchasae

Love the large capacity paper trays and the ability to print in ledger size (17 by 22). It was easy to set up. Initially the printing was very light but after running the print head clean three times the print quality was very good on normal. Cost of the printer was very reasonable. This is my first brother printer and I am very pleased with it. Would recommend it.

Fantastic for our little office!

This MFC-J6925DW all-in-one printer is exactly what we needed, when our old Canon stopped in the middle of a huge legal case! I haven't figured out all the little bits & bobs of what it can fully do, yet, since we needed to get right to work on printing out schedules for production of docs. But, this printer was so absolutely simple to install & start going, I was thrilled! We got it put together & installed in about 10 minutes, and we started printing. We've also faxed a few documents. Simple, and perfect. I was also able to easily configure page layout, etc, and fool around to discover some other features, print fast, black only drafts, etc. There are usually only 2 of us here, so its perfect.
So far, I love this machine. We also needed the extra large size for copies of music orchestrations from original 'onion skin' score paper. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Printer works fine so far. Have used the copy numerous times and pages come out faster than my MFC-6490CW that I had for many years. I have been using the PaperPort software for years, and I absolutely hate it. I have always had the problem of trying to scan using the buttons on the printer, and it can never connect to my PC, so I have to go to the ControlCenter on the PC to scan documents. I don't know how the configuration is correct enough that it works from the PC, but not from the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hand feeder for large size paper does not work. I feed 11x17 inch paper in this machine over 100 times and it only takes it about 25% of the time. Something is wrong with this feeding mechanism. I have called brother to return this product because it simply does not work as advertised for 11x17 paper.
Very frustrating loading paper and having it work only 25% of the time. Waste alot of time in the office just standing there waiting for it to take the paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
