[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for your worn full knives! It's super easy to understand and use. It makes the knives you'd usually toss out look and cut like brand new sharp beautiful knives. You'll get a way longer life for your knives with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a electric knife sharpener before so this is nice. This is what is does. Can you it on steeled or fine edgethis is for Edge select. Use for sharpen, home or polish. This is the 3 stages it does. Pluse more stuff. And I have some real dull knifes. And this thing is gonna sharpen them all. It's nice and small to fit right on the counter top. I have other things by this brand and they are good, so I know this will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is wonderful. The instructions were very easy to understand and follow. We own very expensive knives and this machine is a gem! It is crazy how you think you have already sharp knives till you sharpen them and then make a super clean slice through a tomato with such ease and precession! I really enjoy this being electronic and get excited to sharpen my knives now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a knife sharpener, decided to try the Chef'sChoice - Model 15xV PRO - Electric Sharpener - 3-Stage 15° Trizor - Brushed Metal, it was a wise choice. I had a set of knives that wouldn't cut melted butter. I used the Chef's Choice sharpener and they are like new! This sharpener works!

It does an excellent job sharpening my dullest knives. It's by far the best sharpener that I have ever used. I'm going to be telling my family and friends about this great product.

Huge appliance

It does a fairly good job on sharpening my knives but if you are like me and trying to declutter appliances that you do not always use, this would not be for you. I feel it takes up more space than I would like. It works like it says it would but it would have been better if it took up less of a footprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had a knife sharpener and I am amazed! I don’t have the fanciest knives so you can imagine what it’s like cutting into tomatoes. This sharpener is really good. Runs so smoothly, easy to use, and makes tomatoes cutting so nice and clean. It also doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I didn’t know I needed this product. Now I’m about to buy another for my dad because he loves to spend time in the kitchen. At the moment he uses one of those metal sticks to sharpen his knives, and I know he will love the ease of this.

Perfect for a quick sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using this and have been thoroughly impressed. Being someone who cooks and uses knives a lot, it has been nice to find one that quickly gives me a new edge without the use of my whet stones. The main downside is how loud it is. It is definitely not something to do early in morning or late.
