Super sharp!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 15XV electric knife sharpener a little over a month ago. I absolutely love this sharpener! It has a 3 stage process that's super easy to use. My knifes can cut through thicker foods with no problems.

A must have for every kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until now I’ve either taken my knives to get sharpened or used a hand held sharpener to do the job. This thing is a game changer; it makes sharpening and honing an absolute breeze. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about this. I would highly recommend for amateur and professional chefs alike.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener looks and feels very sturdy which is great for keeping you safe while sharpening your knives. It’s electronic which in my opinion is better than the manual sharpening tools. It left all my knives super sharp and ready to go. I would recommend it!

Gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Chef's Choice Trizor knife sharpener does a really good job! It is plastic, but is well made. I find that it get's the better quality knives in better shape then the knifes that are old have been through a lot. It gets my better quality knifes sharper then they were when I bought them. Looks good enough that I can leave out on my counter top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no idea how many different types of knife sharpeners I've had and used over the years. Everything from whetstones and rods to sharpening jigs, this is by far the easiest one to use and makes my knives the sharpest knives I have ever used! It's almost scary how sharp they are now. But, that makes food prep such an easy task now as the knife just glides through the food with little effort. I haven't had to maintain the edge yet, but from the directions it's fairly simple and shouldn't take more than a minute of minimal work. If you want sharp knives and then go digging around your house to sharpen every knife you currently own, than this is definitely the product for you!

I also liked that it can sharp both straight and serrated knifes since I use both knifes so it’s a plus for me. I already recommended it to my mom and other family members

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chef’s Choice 15xV is a fantastic sharpener. My knives are like new! I recommend thoroughly reading the instructions. The 3 step process is easy to follow. Potatoes now cut like butter! I feel like a professional chef!
