Replaced every sharpener I have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new sharpener to replace the multiple hand held (and frankly, flimsy) sharmeners I have in my drawer for various knives. This 15xVPRO from Chef'sChoice 100% fit the bill. It hones my Japanese-style knifes to a "like-new" (or maybe better) sharpness that I have not been able to achieve with the other handheld sharpeners. Whatever magic happens while the machine is on was also able to increase the sharpness of my standard knives beyond what they were from the factory. This is an absolutely indispensable item for a kitchen which makes heavy use of knives. I would recommend to anyone who wants to take care of their tools!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very intimidated to use this at first. The actual machine is much larger than I was anticipating and looked intimidating. However, the instructions were clear and I was able to use the sharpener. This worked well on my knives and has brought back the sharpness of a new knife! It's great! I wish it was smaller for storage purposes, but overall, I recommend.

I also like the ability to be able to sharpen knives that are searated or flat edged. It is built very durable also.

I have had the most sharpest knives with ease and not having to put a lot of work and sharpening them. I love it and I fully recommend it because this has been such a lifesaver in my kitchen and it’s the perfect tall does an easy and quick job and I love having it and it’s been definitely the most useful item. This is a great gift for a friend a family or just for yourself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing makes knives dangerously sharp! But, they say it's more dangerous to cut with a dull knife, so it really makes them safer:). It works really well, sharpening the knives with ease, any kind knife as well as serrated, which I don't think I've ever sharpened in the past! It's higher end knife sharpener and I imagine you get what you pay for because this one works wonders on knives. Very happy with it!
