[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really heavy duty. Great addition to any home cook's kitchen. Had to read and watch a few videos to figure out the best ways to use this. Seems professional grade. My opinion was given in exchange for receiving the the product in kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric knife sharpener is amazing. I’ve owned my knife set for at least six years and after getting them sharpened up, they are good as new. Using the electric sharpener was easy and convenient. Just make sure you follow the directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this sharpener a few weeks ago for my cutlery. It has three stages of sharpening for a fast clean edge, VERY sharp. This is so much faster than a sharpening stone or even a honing rod. Cuts my steaks like butter.

That had never been this sharp in so long, The unit is well made and balanced with a very light noise. Fast and easy directions works just as described l. I didn’t think this device would work so well. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was nervous about this knife sharpener since I have a mixture of European and Japanese cutlary. I knew that there were big differents in the two, but wasn't sure. Surprisingly the booklet that came with it spelled it out pretty clearly. Only use the left side of each phase for Japanese style knives, and both for a European style knife. Still not wanting to start off with my most expensive knife, I picked an older European style chefs knife we had written off as useless. Went through all three phases a couple of times to get used to it, and it breathed new life into the blade.
Then I got the courage to run the Japenese blade through and it was the same. It cut like it was brand new again. If you've got knives, I'd say pick one of these up unless you just love measuring blade angle and hand sharpening a blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new knife sharpener. I was able to sharpen almost every knife in my kitchen in a short amount of time. I followed the instructions provided on paper and online.
I have been very intimidated by knife sharpening in the past. I just wasn’t sure what I was doing. This machine makes it so easy. Some of my knives are now sharper than when I first purchased them.
The machine seems durable and well constructed. I’m happy to have this for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome is the word after using and sharpening knife with it, now my knife is even sharper than when I bought it. Very easy to follow instructions on how to use it, no setup just plug it in. Highly recommend it.

Sharp knives used to be our problem so often but with Chef'sChoice Trizor XV Sharpener EdgeSelect Model 15 its problem no more. Excellent quality. I highly recommend.
