[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharpener is an excellent and powerful option to give life to our knives and sharpen them, it is used for straight and serrated knives, it is easy and fast to use so for me it has 5 stars. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gadget is great to have! It sharpened my dullest kitchen knife with ease. So easy to use. I feel safe using this as well since it sits on the counter top and you just insert the knife into the slot. No worrying that you will accidentally cut your hand or fingers since you don’t have to hold the sharpening unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with this sharpener. The body is made of plastic, so it does not feel very premium, but it does not detract from the sharpener’s performance. The bottom has suction feet to prevent the machine from moving around. I highly suggest taking the time to read through the manual for the proper techniques to sharpen the different types of knives you may have. The instructions and explanations are all easy to follow. I use mainly Asian knives (santoku, cleaver, etc) and they all sharpened up really well. I did not think my knives were particularly dull to start with, but the difference after sharpening was stark. It felt like they were brand new again. Because the sharpener cuts at a 15 degree angle, it does remove a lot of metal. I would be mindful to not sharpen too frequently and overdo it.

Sharp knives used to be our problem so often but with Chef'sChoice Trizor XV Sharpener EdgeSelect Model 15 its problem no more. Excellent quality. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new knife sharpener. I was able to sharpen almost every knife in my kitchen in a short amount of time. I followed the instructions provided on paper and online.
I have been very intimidated by knife sharpening in the past. I just wasn’t sure what I was doing. This machine makes it so easy. Some of my knives are now sharper than when I first purchased them.
The machine seems durable and well constructed. I’m happy to have this for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was nervous about this knife sharpener since I have a mixture of European and Japanese cutlary. I knew that there were big differents in the two, but wasn't sure. Surprisingly the booklet that came with it spelled it out pretty clearly. Only use the left side of each phase for Japanese style knives, and both for a European style knife. Still not wanting to start off with my most expensive knife, I picked an older European style chefs knife we had written off as useless. Went through all three phases a couple of times to get used to it, and it breathed new life into the blade.
Then I got the courage to run the Japenese blade through and it was the same. It cut like it was brand new again. If you've got knives, I'd say pick one of these up unless you just love measuring blade angle and hand sharpening a blade.

That had never been this sharp in so long, The unit is well made and balanced with a very light noise. Fast and easy directions works just as described l. I didn’t think this device would work so well. Highly recommended.
