Awesome Game, We LOVE IT!!

This game is like mine craft, but it is with doodles, so it is really fun for all ages. My kids ages 2-12 love this game. You can build and create your own buildings and trees, decorate your own person. We also love that it can be a 2 player game. It does a great job of doing what it says, "creative expression, art & drawing, spatial reasoning, and sorting & classifying"
My kids told me to tell you it's their favorite!

Building Fun for the Younger Set!

This is absolutely, hands-down, my 5 year-old twin daughters' favorite game.
Their older brothers love to play mine craft, but it is far too difficult for five year-olds (and the boys won't let them near their cities anyway!!!)
My daughters have really enjoyed building their cities and decorating them with their very own style and flair!

There is a lot of subtle education here. For example, when the players are able to paint and decorate their buildings, they are displayed as a flattened version of a 3 D figure that would be folded up. There is a lot of geometric reasoning that goes on.
The quests keep things "competitive" for task oriented children, and players can choose to clean up or not clean up their towns.
This is a game in which I have to set some clear time limits with my girls or they would literally play all day!

FAVORITE game in our house.

This is the favorite LeapTV game so far! My kids have absolutely loved creating their own world and working together to create a magical place. I love that again the difficulty of the learning material adjusts depending on which user profile is being used. Also, it is a good step to make the kids get out of the animated world of movies that they are used to and allow them to create their own.

Great for Multi-Player

My eight year old had such a fun time with this game! You got to create houses, and stores as well as explore the islands and help bring more people to the island. There was a lot of room for creativity and exploration in this game and my kids can't wait to spend more time uncovering all the different neighborhoods as well as being able to play together. I love when the games are two player because it makes it a lot easier for my 5 year old to play if her 8 year old brother is able to help her! This is definitely a game that I think will get better the more you play it!

Kids Can Express Themselves

Doodle Craft is probably my kids favorite. It is a game where kids can express themselves through art and creative expression. Kids can build, draw, color and explore their creations. My kids love Mr. Pencil from the LeapFrog LeapPad game and this game reminds them of it. The game is designed for kids 4-7 years old and even though it is a drawing and artsy game, kids still need to move around to control the game. It is also for up to two players. It did take my kids a little bit to get used to the controls but once they did it was fine. This game is perfect for any child who wants to express themselves or even kids who like to build. You can really do a lot in this game and kids will learn while they play. There is sorting, classifying and spatial reasoning skills as well.
I received this game in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

This is, hands down, My daughter's favorite new game. You get to be creative, design your entire environment, and complete quests. This is like her dream. All of that, plus the chance to move and groove like the rest of the LeapTV games. So much fun!

Disclosure: I received a copy of this game to facilitate my review, however, all opinions are my own and I was not required to give a positive review. What little kid doesn't love doodling? I know all three of my kids do! My oldest is 8, so this game is a little young for him but he still really loves this game. I don't know if he likes the fact that you can smash things or if it's his creative side coming through. Either way this game was a hit for him! It was also a hit for my 4 and 6 year old. The girls really love the drawing aspect of the game. They could draw forever if I would let them! My youngest loves to organize things (she's just like her mama!) so when I asked her what she liked about the game she said the sorting. As a mom, I love that they are learning about the world around them and that this is a game that all three of them enjoy!

Very fun especially with body movement!

My son loves the Doodlecraft game on his LeapPad so he was very excited to play this on his LeapTV. It has a lot of good educational features with coloring but his favorite activities were getting to use the body movement features for cleaning and coloring buildings. Great interactive game!
