Open Wireless is Awesome

I returned a 5.1 competitive wireless system because the sound was not as good as my old wired 3.1 set up. Then I got on line and learned about WiSA and the open wireless systems. This system sets up and starts as easy as anything on the market. I don't know how it could be easier. The speakers (2 towers then I added the subwoofer) are WAY better then SONOS that I replaced even though this is only 2.1 system. Ditto the comments about quality at low volumes. It makes watching basic programming and sports with the family much better as you can hear TV and the people in the room talking to you. The Hub and software are the weak links in the system right now, but I could replace this in the future if Klipsch doesn't address this before the competition and still have the great speakers. You can't do that with Closed wireless systems. Read up on WiSA and you will see why this is better for sound quality then AirPlay or all WiFi systems too. The weakness is the remote and the user interface and features are limited when compared to system using phone app's or A/V receivers with lots of adjustment and equalization features or even microphones and automated adjustments. These are acceptable for now, but need to be addressed long term. - At this point I am a Very happy customer and even bought a wired center Klipsch speaker for my old system I moved to a different room. Keep up the good work!
Pros: Compact, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio
Cons: Bad/No Remote
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great idea and works well. I gave it a difficult to set up due to the fact that the set-up literature does not allow for systems that have Dish, Direct TV or a cable box. The routing of the input/output cables is different than what is shown in the set-up. You have to rout your audio/video HDMI cable from your provider unit to the control unit to be able to get the sound into the speakers.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Good Audio
Cons: Difficult To Set Up

Hub Pros and Cons

The necessity for one remote control for your Tivo and one for your Klipsch Hub is a pain in this day and age you would think you could use one remote for all devices. The Tivo remote can be programmed to control my Samsung Flat screen and my TIvo. Not the case for the Klipsh HUB.
Pros: Compact
Cons: 2 remotes needed power for TV and Hub
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautifully designed speaker system with a klunky interface and I can barely hear the speakers. I was expecting to be blown away.

I had read all of the reviews for this product, which made hesitant about purchasing this product. However, I've had this system (7.2) for over 1 year now and has been amazing! I use it for regular TV, TV steaming, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth and everything has worked as advertised. The sound is incredible. I just upgraded the firmware, that should make the system more stable so perhaps I was lucky since I didn't notice any issues. The only complain is the size of the remote control and the gray on black buttons. Anyways, I'm quite happy with this product!
Works great, 7.1 system with LGCX tv and XBOX series X plugged in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Speakers constantly need to be re-connected. Decide ignores all settings with CEC commands, uses them anyways. Device will lock up sometimes, even after an update. OSD is gone when plugged into certain devices
