The leds on the back of the speakers made it easy to get them set to the right places. The menus could use a bit of color and cleanup, but it does the trick and the options for adjusting speaker volume and distances is great. The sound is beautiful, great job. My H/K receiver is going into the garage to live there forever I think. The remote while small seems a bit too small. But that's a minor preferences. My wife likes it because it's small like the Apple TV. Fine with me.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Good Audio
Cons: Unattractive UI

I dared to purchase this 5.1 set up in Dec. 2017 despite having negative/discouraging reviews for setting up my basement home theater. Its been 2 years of aggressive use and I find it awesome set up so far. Rich build quality and heavy. The GUI is not intuitive but who needs once you set up the system. The logitech harmony remote works excellent with activity set up. So far 2 updates to hub have been received. No issues during updates. Didn't notice any performance improvement after updates. No sound lag with various sources. There was drop connection for center channel twice. Restarted hub and no issue. Remote is not well designed. Small buttons, no backlit and no subwoofer adjustment on remote which is must must. The other downside is no Dolby Atmos support till date. Eagerly waiting for that.

I was very excited to buy this product initially. It has been almost an year, and I regret that I did not return this within the first 30 days. The HD control center disconnects from the speaks frequently and I have to add speakers every other day. I expected better quality for the price.

Works awesome, when it's working. Terrible user interface.

This is thee best sounding system I've heard. Ever. When the system is working it sounds great. The issue is that wireless connections to the speakers can become intermittent. When that happens one must go through the setup process again. And that can be wrought with bugs. Installed the latest firmware version (October 2018) and all speakers dropped connections. Went through multiple connection attempts with multiple factory resets on both the control unit and all speakers. Speakers would not generate tones when attempting to identify them. Had to just guess with multiple miss matches. Finally gave up and reinstalled older firmware. Still had a copy of firmware from September 2016 and reinstalled that version. After multiple setup attempts I got all speakers connected, but it took hours and now I get a "Non standard setup" message at start up. The message may be worded just little different but that's pretty much what it is. Since all speakers are working now I'll just live with it. The RP 110WSW LED light stopped working.
Pros: The sound is top notch. Easy to connect.
Cons: Old laggy interface. Buggy connection to speaker

Same as others, it won't stay connected

We pitched in and bought a full surround system for our break/tv room in our new fire house, but have never been able to keep the speakers connected, and after a few months of trying, can't connect some of them. We sent one speaker in to service, and that took six months to get back and didn't fix the problem. At that point sending in another piece of equipment and waiting another six months wasn't appetizing. After 3 years of not using the system, we're debating buying another Hub. The speakers can't be switched to wired. When they worked, briefly, the sound was amazing. As others also mentioned, the remote and on-screen interface seemed like an afterthought and not up to the Klipsch standard.
