[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the first one in 2016. It broke so we replaced it in February 2019. It broke so we have had to replace it again now in July 2019. Something is wrong with your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work

Replaced 13 year old Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original 10k btu unit still ran fine except the compressor would not shut down. I was thrilled to fine a 120 volt unit with heat. This 8k btu does a great job cooling. Will check back this winter for the heating.

Great Supplemental AC unit

So far it has been great but I really don’t appreciate having to write a review so soon after the purchase date. I would prefer to let people know how I’m enjoying the product a year from now.

Got this unit to replace an older Frigidaire unit.
The nearly 5 yeay old unit still worked but was always too small for the room. This newer unit is more the size needed for the area, AND the supplemental heat is nice too.
Runs so quietly I can barely hear it at all.

Really helps to keep my hard to please room mate comfortable. The AC works good, & the supplemental heat keeps the chill out of her room. Great purchase!

Bought this for one room. I only run it on fan when not in the room. Then I click on cool and it instantly cools the room. Fantastic!
