Has everything I need for my 10 x 10 Office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd unit we have purchased for my small office. Has AC and heat and perfect for any time of year. When the 1st one aged out, we definitely wanted to replace it with the same brand. As we knew we could count on it. Over the years we were able to replace certain parts that were inexpensive. However, the unit finally needed major repairs and we wanted to get a new one with a warranty.

NOT SUITABLE FOR AN OFFICE

My company put in 3 of these units, when I was moved upstairs to this location, this 1st thing I found this winter was the unit was full of Mold. When winter came I found that the unit blows so much cold air when it starts up that you can't sit near the unit and the temperature in the run fluctuates all day.

Works well, some features could improve functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well so far installed as a through wall ac/heat unit in a small carriage house. One downside is that when running as a heater the fan cannot be set to auto and is always running on low. Would be nice to be able to have the fan run on medium or high with heat or for it to automatically shut off when the desired temperature is reached.
