Went bad within a month

A/C worked great. Went to run heat and gave me a fault code. Had to replace. Hopefully replacement works. We shall see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for my newborn son's room. It works so well! It's been a great purchase. I will say on really cold nights (snow) the heater doesn't work as well as I'd like but the AC/heater on hot or chilly nights works PERFECTLY.

Better than I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for a workshop. Didn't expect it to keep up with Georgia summer heat and humidity, but it does, quite well. Had some difficulty installing it due to window design. (Tabs to open window interfered with trim on air conditioner; required some Exacto-knife work, but when finished it fit perfectly.)

Perfect for the space

Working well heating and cooling the space quickly. It is a little loud but they all are. Only concern is the unit loud thud on turning on and off.
