SO quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my purchase. This one replaces an older one that was giving out. Not the same model and this one is larger too. I love how quiet it is! I don't even have to turn the TV up when it is running. It keeps my house very comfortable. I also am excited to try the "heat" feature on the cool mornings to come. I have propane heating and it is a pain to light my pilot light. This should help me hold off winter preparations a little longer.

Cool air at last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model to replace a wall a/c unit that was 8 years old. What a difference! The room is cool and comfortable in less than 5 minutes. So happy to find a unit that also has heat. They are a rare commodity these days.
