Perfect for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I needed a window mounted air conditioner to free up floor space and due to fluctuating weather conditions the heating component is pertinent. I didn't expect to find a window mount that would do both in an affordable range. However I did and I'm extremely satisfied with price and the quality.
