Perfect for our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We lie in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Normally the temperature does not very low, except at night. We have a pool room off of our detached garage, and this was just what we needed for perfectly controlled temperature. The unit is quiet and efficient. We are very pleased thus far.

Great a/c heat unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not noisy and it is easy to program.The heather really keeps the rooms warm and is much safer than space heaters. I believe that it will save me lots of money to run it.no photos as 2 are in my cottage in Lake Charles, La.

It cools good but I just don't understand the heat on it cause it doesn't get that warm and it has been running on heat tonight has not kick off one time and I have it set on 70 if anyone knows anything about it and if it will make my light bill high please let me know

James1988, thank you for sharing your review. The supplement heating feature of your air conditioner is not intended as a primary source of heat. During the heat mode, your fan will run continuously while heat is needed. The temperature will automatically be maintained anywhere between 55 degrees Fahrenheit and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
