Keeps room cold even in very hot & humid conditions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second unit I have purchased. The first lasted 6 years running an average of 12 hours per day at roughly 200 days each year.
When the compressor finally gave out; I didn’t hesitate to purchase a new one.
Since the model was the same, the installation was quick; as all prep work was already done.

Works Well, Relatively easy installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using this for a couple of weeks so far, so I don't know long term how it's reliability will be, but so far it works great in my large master bedroom. It will be easy to remove in the fall and reinstall next summer, so that I can fully close the slider window for heat retention over the winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace a traditional window air conditioner and we have a sliding window and we found this vertical style. It fit almost perfectly. It comes with all the things you need to install it. The window gap panel was about a half inch short but my husband was able to fix that. It cools the room down very quickly, the noise level is very low. We gave it in our aquarium room so the dehumidifier feature is great.
