Awesome unit..cools very well..got it at an amazing price. .delivery was fast ..no problems or complaints here..will be a customer again!
Pros: Accurate Temperature Controls, Cools the Whole Room, Easily Portable, Easy Window Installation, Energy Efficient, Even Air Distribution, Quiet

I'm happy with my purchase. I have a 2 story so the upstairs gets hot. This AC cools things down.

Amazing product!!! Own two and both are amazing!

Without product my sons room would be useless over the basement. He sleeps over garage in bonus room and any large house with one unit outside should consider purchasing a new air product. Even if you have adequate cooling, central air units fail and this is an awesome backup.

Loud and noisy

Bought this unit hoping it would cool better than a smaller unit from a different company. Didn't work out.
Pros: Easy to move
Cons: Difficult to Install, Doesn't Cool Air, Loud, Uneven Cooling
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
