The unit is way too loud. I thought it would be quieter. When it is on it is difficult to hear the TV or have a conversation at normal volume levels.

Absolutely love my AC UNIT

Love my AC unit, cools my entire apartment quickly and quietly. Attaches to all windows easily and blows ice cold air. Remote works well and has great range. Will definitely buy another new air again in the future.

best air conditioner I could find at the time, but

it also has issues. Within one year, I am asking for a replacement under warranty. Thankfully, the warranty is being fulfilled with free shipping, but I am being asked to write this positive review prior to shipment. I am therefore trying to keep this as positive as possible, and anybody who reads this should understand my bias and the position I am in. The bottom line is that this unit did keep the room cool in a very hot summer and through a fire season. The air in my area was unhealthy (per an air quality app) for a good two months. My state had a lot of fires this past year, and my air filters alone did not do the job of keeping the air in the home clean. Running this air conditioner along with my hepa air filters did the job. It does hook up to a window via tubing, in a way that makes it portable. When I first got the unit, I found the installation overly complicated, clunky and stressful, with unclear directions. If you need to email customer support, I would include videos of your issue to make it really clear what your issue is. There is also often a delay to hear back, but I recommend emailing frequently and making sure you stay courteous, and it may help with the speed of responses.
