Kept front room cool

First time I tried to turn it on I got a water full light, called company and was told to send back, this was just before a heat wave. I needed the air conditioner, so I took the cover off and cut the wire to the water tank and it has worked great since. I check water tank every three days and never had it full.

No need to put AC in window

I am over 65 and rent. The heating system is fantastic but is not a combination heat/ac unit. A window ac unit is too heavy for me to lift, so I would have to wait for a handyman to stop and put the unit into the window. With these portable units the window only needs to be raised about 8 inches. The panel fits securely into the raised space and the hose easily inserts into the panel. Cooling is fantastic.
Pros: Accurate Temperature Controls, Cools the Whole Room, Easily Portable, Easy Window Installation, Energy Efficient, Even Air Distribution, Quiet

Recently I placed it in my garage and keep the edge seasons tolerable in AZ. I don't expect it to cool all the way, so I set it to 90 degrees. I was surprised how swamp coolers cost almost as much as an AC unit like this.
Pros: Accurate Temperature Controls, Easily Portable
Cons: Difficult to Move, Loud

The woman who helped me purchase this a/c unit (I think her name was simone) anyways from the time she answered the phone until we both hung up it was an overall very pleasant experience. I wish all customer service reps had her personality and patience (yes I had a lot of questions) She made everything super easy to understand I wish I had a direct number to her for any future purchases I might make. The a/c works really well I just cant put it in my living room due to the fuse tripping but that a house issue and not an a/c issue. Would definitely recommend this product to people as well as your customer service rep
