I'm happy with my purchase. I have a 2 story so the upstairs gets hot. This AC cools things down.

Gets the job done! Great price, and keeps my living room cool.Downside is, it's loud and the hose pulls out easily.

We live hot area, we have old air conditioner it didn't do anything but this one works good! We installed in living roo and whole area get nicely cool down. Good purchase!

Air isnt cold

Bought this unit about a month ago and am VERY disappointed. Air is not cold. When it is set on auto it does not shut off if and when the temperature is achieved. The dehumidifier is the only way to cool my room, but by the time I wake up I’m freezing because there’s no way to set it to a certain temperature It is very loud for size, the size however it’s great if it were correctly.

Even in the winter, this unit is unable to cool my 250 square foot bedroom down to 62°. Did I mention that it is 30° outside?! The built in thermometer that controls the compressor always gives a false reading and never cools my room below 70°. Summer, Fall, Spring, Winter. No matter what season, it won't cool below 70°, even when the outside temperature is less than 70°. I have contacted customer service and they just told me to "buy a bigger one". Quite disappointed!
