I am so glad that I have made the decision purchasing this product few years ago (May, 2016, will be six years in three months time). The ink refilling has saved me tons of money! One bottle of ink can last a long time. I only bought one batch of inks (different colors) couple of years ago and I am still using them. We use the printer moderately frequently and I can prove the quality of this printer is by far the best I have used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The quality is okay, it does have a larger ink tank than other normal home printer. I can refill them easily, which is the part I like the most. However, I am experience problems of printing properly, maybe I havenot used my printer for a while.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had it for 8 years and still working like new.
As long as ink levels are maintained and the printer is used regularly then maintenance is minimal.
