Good value for money and reliable

We have been looking for something other than a cartridge type refill system. The Eco Tank printer has provided what we where looking for.
Easy to use and maintain, running costs are very reasonable, and the dreaded ink cartridge exchange issues we have suffered in past printers have now been made a thing of the past.
Very impressed with the quality of the print, colours are vibrant and uniform. The printer itself is quiet, and rather quick.
Overall, we are impressed with the product, certainly delivers against the manufactures claims, we could not be happier with our choice. We are intending to purchase a larger office unit, using the same technologies, to compliment the smaller one we now have. Well done Epson !!

From new the installation was effortless, ink tanks were filled easily and without mess, connection to the internet was established without problems, subsequent useage has been faultless and i am now looking forward to looking into all the available features of the printer and putting them to use as required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generally happy, with qualifications

I have had this printer for a day and am generally pleased with it. Easy to set up, and my wife can print from her laptop over wi-fi, which is a bonus. However, I do a lot of scanning, and find it annoying that the scanner needs to warm-up every time. I've been through the manual but can't find any way to make the unit always ready to scan. This is inconvenient.

Epson ET-2500 is an excellent purchase. The printing quality is high. Connection to computer is hassle free and the value is outstanding.

Economical, convenient home printing for educators

As a High School teacher, I spend a vast quantity of time at home developing resources, and marking student work. I try to encourage my students to use email to submit work because I am conscious of the cost of printing, particularly in colour.
Finally I am able to recommend a product that meets my expectation for quality while exceeding my expectations for value for money! The EcoTank system provides me with sharper quality, perfectly aligned precision printing on a variety of paper types. The cost of replacement inks is negligible, particularly as they last about 24 months, and can be filled individually as required. The ink does not dry out, and the wireless printing feature allows me to access the printer from any device.

Great value saves buying heaps of over price cartridges, tanks are easy to fill and remember to pour entire bottle of ink into each tank, my only problems being 73 years old ensure you pour the correct colour in each tank, on filling the 3rd tank (yellow) I went to fill the black tank but poured a few drops of black into the yellow tank. My advice is to replace the cap on the tank after each tank is filled and tip ink into the tanks slowly to ensure all the ink flows into the tank and no drips occur.
Ensure you follow the instructions on the CD and remove all stickers and the one polystyrene piece near the print head.

Instructions are very clear but many of us try and jump instructions so my advice follow instructions for an easy install

Happy with the printer, it is lightweight, not bulky, disappointed that it does not print double sided automatically and paper is not stored in a drawer.

Stop stuffing around with cartridges

With the increasing demand for working at home and 3 children needing to print off homework and assignments, I needed ease, flexibility, ability to print from various devices seamlessly and economy in consumables. This device while initially appeared more expensive, I wanted a printer that had a great price per printed page, and didn't create waste products like cartridges and even the printer itself. I'm convinced this is the best printer for those purposes.
