[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have upgraded immensely by this purchase! I love the whipping blade and also the ice crusher. I can now do a smoothie to my satisfaction without hauling my huge Vitamix blender out of the closet. The carrying case is so professional and it will be fun to take it to a girlfriend's sometime soon for Ladies' Margarita Night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this after my last “home” immersion blender burned up earlier this year. Just in time as I was asked to make 5 gallons of marinara sauce for my brothers wedding! The unit has worked wonderfully at everything my family has thrown at it (French toast custard with the aerate head, smoothies in the blender cup, blending sauces, blending large sauces with the extended arm). This was the closest thing I could find to the commercial units I used in culinary school and it hasn’t disappointed yet.

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this device for several years now. I love the fact that food can be blended in pot without having to transfer it to a blender! So easy and convenient. It doesn’t blend as well as a blender but pretty good unless you need a super smooth consistency. It is cordless which is wonderful, but my biggest complaint it that the battery life wears out way to fast! I have to keep the battery (which charges too slow as well) plugged in all the time). Luckily I have an outlet in our cabinet so the battery is hidden while charging. Cleaning the blender is a breeze!!
