[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been playing with my new KitchenAid Food Processor and the ExactSlice System is wonderful. I made a coleslaw with apples. Both the cabbage and apples were perfectly sliced. I can't slice cabbage that thinly with a knife, and it's a real time saver. It's a solid machine, but not overly heavy. It assembles easily and clicks together to let you know it's put together correctly. The design makes easy clean up..no crevices nor grooves, In addition it looks nice and feels good in your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of not having a food processor, I purchased this KitchenAid. I have used it almost daily for the past week since I received it, and don't know now how I lived without it! People say they are a pain to clean, too much bother, etc. but this one is super easy to clean, as are all KitchenAid appliances and takes much less time than cutting, chopping, shredding, pureeing all the veg's for something like Gazpacho. I also love it for making pastry dough, like biscuits or pie crust. I have several KitchenAid appliances and won't buy anything else because of the quality, dependability and ease of cleaning.

The adjustable slicing blade is great for making homemade potato chips. It slices from very thin to thick, whatever your needs are. The machine is quiet and very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did buy this a month ago and when it arrived - I was thrilled - first because the color is absolutely beautiful and it is compact and sits nicely on the counter or apart in my cupboard - I have used it only a few times but it is fast, efficient and does what it is supposed to do. I am certainly not a chef but it will make my life easier and that is what is important to me.....
