This processor is quieter than most I've used, and the ExactSlice blade is really nice. I would prefer an even larger tube opening at the top for slicing and shredding, but what is provided works well. Overall I am very happy with this product.

Pesto, salsa, and soups are a breeze to make. Highly recommend. I do wish that I purchased the 11-cup model as I am realizing there are times I may want to make larger quantities. The 7-cup will definitely still get the job done, I will just need to work in batches.

It's a hassle to clean up as with any other kitchen tool but it's so worth it. I've used it for veggies, cheeses, and meats. Seems to be very durable so far. I love it! !!
