Perfect size

I purchased this cooktop to replace an electric cooktop that was over 40 years old. It fit perfectly & I have been very happy with it. It heats so quickly & it is very easy to adjust the temperature. I had a pot of pasta water boil over but it cleaned up very easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE Profile Series Cooktop

We purchased this cooktop for our new home. The cooktop requires too much cleaning maintenance. It is very hard to keep clean and even the cleaning product suggest is labor intense. It would appear that GE would not produce a product that is used daily that requires so much "up keep". However, we cannot complain about the heating elements and we are thankful that we have not had to call a repair person thus far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Touch features are wonderful. Dial a temperature with your finger and select the pan or pot size with a touch of your finger and when your finished cooking, press the center to instantly turn it off. No knobs. Surface is easy to clean. Wonderful cooktop.
