This is much better than the original 1988 GE Profile unit it replaced. Better heating elements, surface is easier to clean, and a more attractive appearance. Very pleased with this upgrade, which was installed (quickly and without problem) one month ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love the features on this model. the cook top is very attractive . The power boil is awesome.I love the sync burners which allow me to use that area for a large grill pan. Overall I love the stove and would have given it a 5 star rating if it were not for trying to keep it shiny. The black surface especially around the knobs get smeary and it is difficult to take the knobs off each time you Clean

Hi, We’re sorry for any trouble you're having with your cooktop and we're happy to offer some guidance. The type of cookware you use on a radiant cooktop can affect how it performs. We recommend using medium or heavy-weight stainless steel or aluminum cookware. Flat Bottom pans are essential for good cooking performance since the bottom of the pan needs to touch the glass for the best heat transfer.

love all the neat features but hate how dirty the glass top gets. First time having glass top cooktop. I was used to the electric type with the elements. Keeping clean is the only problem I have found so far but I bought the cleaning wipes and kit to use.

Markings on knobs worn off

I love the cooktop but am frustrated when using it since all the markings around the knobs have worn off and it is a guessing game as to where to set them. Is there a way to replace the markings without buying a new cooktop?
