[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is awesome. Cools both the 2nd and lower floor of my house, eliminating the need for a downstairs air conditioner. It's also saving money on my power bill.

Great cooling power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older unit that was not powerful enough to cool the area I wanted it to. This model is doing a great job of cooling the entire area I want it to cool! I wish it wasn't so noisy when it runs, but I think that's true of every air conditioning unit. I'm very happy with the product overall.

Does The Job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kitchen and dining room have a passage between them. We knew 2 A/c's would be wasteful but we alos knew an underpowered unti wouldn't take care of business.
The 10,000 BTU LG/LW1015ER was up to the job and then some.
Both dining room and kitchen have stayed cool desoite the heat of the Summer of '16, here in the NorthEast. Bravo LG...bravo!
