This A/C is a beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so very happy with this LG 6000 BTU air conditioner. I am positive I bought the appropriate BTU for the square footage of my bedroom, but this unit is powerful and cools the room down in no time. Even set to the low 70s on "energy saver" mode it more than does the job on a miserable, humid NY summer day. Couldn't be better!

This is the best A/C I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refurbished, Energy-Star LG air conditioner before the hot weather hit this summer and I'm so glad I did. Not only is it a powerful machine that cools the room down in no time (I actually would set the thermostat HIGHER than I normally would because the room would get so cool--and yes, I did by the right BTU for my square footage!), but I saved money on my August bill, when we were using the A/C every night. Would definitely recommend!

Cooling life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this product, it was to replace one that went belly-up on me. I only hoped for it to be better then what I had. It surpassed that and then some. I was left with a very comforting room. Even with people coming in and out of the room the temp never went higher then what I set it for. In the future I will be telling everyone to buy this product. They can't go wrong!

Fast cooling and quiet

I wanted something that ran quiet which is why I chose the LG model. And the best part is it has a remote!
