[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these units last summer and was so impressed that we bought another this summer. I think we have bought every brand out there and this one seems to run the most efficiently, quietly and looks the best.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

Excellent cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several brands of this size window unit and LG, by far, cools the room faster and colder than the others. It was a great purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this larger model (8000 v 5000 btu) and it cools my small bedroom down very well. I love the modes settings like energy saver, timer and temperafire controls. If I open my door it doesn’t cool down the rest of the apartment like I had hoped but it was a good deal for the price and quality.
I have a commercial building with 5 new A/C systems two have died within 2 years of being installed. there is no distributer in my area, no phone number to call for tech support no trouble codes are present. the A/C's are bricked! now LG wont stop asking for a review? hopefully someone reads this and calls me.
