If you need an a/c this is it.

Unit could have used slightly wider curtains (my windows are wider than most) but I was able to stretch them to fit. QUIET! This unit is quiet! The 3 speed motor has the smoothest sound (if that's possible) of any a/c I have owned over the past 50 years.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, quiet

Does a Great Job!

We have a two story house and we use one air conditioner on each floor. This new LG cools the entire upstairs really well, even when it is on economy. It is not real loud and cools really quickly. Definitely recommend this air conditioner.

This A/C met all our needs and more. We use this to cool over 800 sq. ft. and find that we have to turn it off at times because it does such an excellent job. Great quality for the price. It was a nice surprise to find the unit is so quiet. We have had units before that were so heavy, they were difficult to install. This unit went in with ease. I would definitely recommend this unit and will look to buy LG in the future.

Energy saver

I really like the energy saver feature and spent many hours doing research on a/c units and found this one to be the best rated. Quiet and like the clean filter feature also. Like so much we purchased our third LG a/c unit.

Easy to put in, even a slider window. A few mods. required, but works excellent. can sleep well at night, white noise drowns out neighbors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC a few weeks ago for the garage as it gets really humid during summer. It works great and keeps the room fresh and cool. I read the reviews before purchasing and I do not regret making this purchase. I would recommend.
