It seems to be a great TV haven't used very long just got it on Friday night. So far all is great. Still figuring things out. Have been looking to purchase this TV for awhile. Black Friday price was good time to purchase.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

The TV itself is tops in our book, in picture quality and for us, perfect size. But the remote won't hook up to the Comcast remote. We really dislike to have to use two remotes. Looking for web solutions to this challenge is frustrating.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: remote not that useful

Wonderful Smart TV

I'm a Samsung fan and this purchase has reinforced my opinion of Samsung products. We are using this 40" Smart TV in our bedroom - it's perfect! We have programmed in our viewing start and stop times. We don't even turn it on or off ourselves. The picture is great!

This television was what I expected, easy to set up and easy to use. I did, however, have a couple of issued: 1. The password accepted for my secure network was that of the main user instead of the secure network pin which I had expected; and 2. The transmitter for relaying remote commands to my Comcast set top box was unreliable and, in any case, I feel that the Comcast remote is best for controlling the set top box and the Samsung remote for the TV. I have added a wireless keyboard and am thinking of adding a Samsung tablet. I have it connected to the set top box with an HDMI cable and am using a longer HDMI cable to provide a second screen for my laptop computer.

Simple setup that can be managed by anyone. Connected immediately with my home network. Excellent picture and good sound quality. Only minor negative is that the bezel is getting so narrow that its beginning to look a little cheap.
