Overall a great value.
The picture is excellent and install was a snap. The remote is either very sensitive or a little sluggish in channel tuning - not sure if its the cable provider or the remote.
One of the best features is live agent support from Samsung. The agents were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Excellent for price

It's both easy to use and full of features that will satisfy techies. The response time seems to be great for gaming, and a reputable distributor lists the refresh rate as 120 Hz. (I haven't been able to find definitive numbers from Samsung, but I'm not sensing any lag or choppiness.) I'd have a hard time finding a TV with better color. There's no point in getting a bigger version because they're all the same resolution: the picture will actually degrade with size unless you're sitting pretty far back.
I'd consider looking at the 6400 equivalent as an alternative; I haven't tried it, but based on Samsung's website, the color is likely even better.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

The guide is excellent in getting everything connected to the TV. I popped a blu ray disc in and was stunned. It was like I could reach out and touch the person on screen. It was great. The picture is just clear and defined. The sound is great. I adjusted it and wow I can hear it clearly from a distance. It was easy to connect to my wireless network. I love Netflix and it works great with my TV. I am looking forward to learning about the smart TV features. This is really a great TV for the price.

So happy I bought this tv. It does everything I want. I can search the web watch a movie from my pc in excellent quality. smart hub follows everything you watch so it shows you everything you might be interested in.

Cons: having trouble downloading apps not sure why tho

Sluggish TV

when you change volume with remote its sluggish, takes about 2-3 secs to respond which is very annoying. Apps are non responsive. When I stop a video using remote which is being played on Youtube app, it takes around 8-9 secs before it actually stops. After paying such high price for this TV this is the least expected. Checked many forums and many people have this problem and this seems to be a known issue and wonder what samsung has to say about this.
Pros: Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, sluggish, non responsive, slow apps
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I cannot say enough about this television. I researched for quite a while before deciding on this particular set. I wanted something a bit larger than a 32", and one that had a lot of special features (which this does). I am still fairly new to this set, so still have a lot to learn. It was important to me that I be able to plug in a camera and be able to watch my grandsons surf on this screen, something they will absolutely enjoy as well. I will be moving to San Diego next year to be close to them, so wanted one that they could interact with too. I LOVE the picture, SO crystal clear....and with Vudu, and having the option to watch movies any time?? I LOVE IT! I would recommend this television to anyone looking for a REALLY SMART television - this is it! I love Samsung and their products! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is the best TV this senior has ever own. The image quality is great. I'm old enough to remember our 1st TV in the early 50's . Samsung gets an excellent A+ rating for this TV!!!!!!!!!!!
