Absolutely Fabulous Invention

I like card scan because I can add a name in card scan and it automatically updates Outlook which in turn updates my IPhone when I sync it. It's like one stop shopping. No multiple entries to keep all your programs updated and if you have access to a computer you can add now and it will update later for you. You can also send the names to a map program and get addresses of your friends on a map. You can click and address and it comes up without having to go to another program. I have all my friends using Card Scan whether for business or personal tracking. At Christmas or for a party, you pick the names and print out labels. It makes Christmas Cards a snap. If you forget who someone is, you can go to the notes section where you have written something about the person to jog your memory.

ease of use to get business card data into MS outlook the synch field mapping isn't helpful enough

I'm amazed at how quickly the CardScan interprets the data on the cards- especially on the cards that are designed with a different orientaion (vertical vs. horizontal). It's actually fun to use. When I came to this job the people in my department had hundreds of cards they had accumulated. It was my responsibility to create a usable database which the CardScan helped tremendously with! I was so happy I didn't end up having to type in all that data! Thanks for making my job easier!

One Stop Contact Source

A necessity for executive assistants. My project: 3 business card binders, 1000 business cards, written contact information – all uploaded to Card Scan then exported to Outlook. Now contacts are stored and shared electronically and not tucked away and forgotten. Fabulous product.

The need to store contact information in an accessible manner is crucial to doing good business. CardScan Executive has provided a brilliant tool to allow quick and easy information entry from that most basic of business tools - the humble business card. Not only that the associated software and website access means you can view and use the information anywhere, or transfer it to most common protable systems for use. Fantastic!
