Nice product with reliable interface to outlook and good de-duper. WOuld be nice if the software was free and not requiring a key to install as this allows easier download and transfer to replacement machine. Also to remove the survey nag screen

Cons: software should be free, Difficult Setup

I use this with All my business cards which are up at 1000 as of today. I fell in love with the whole outfit of cardscan after the first use of it. I originally bought it for my business after I had used Iris and a few other ones my friends had. Cardscan was the most user friendly with many options and features to use. The only downsides Ive encountered are scanning full color cards which I doubt there will ever be a reader which will place all info in the correct places after scanning and the other flaw is the very slow server of Cardscan "@ your service". The pros are one click mapquest or google maps as well as one click call if you have your phone connected to the computer for voip services. I would love for Cardscan to be compatible with any phone on the market and not just Blackberry; although Im sure the future will bring it.
Pros: Accurate Color
Cons: Slow software

Unfortunately Swedish and German characters are not always recogniced

Amazing Product .. But!!

I have had several new computers over the past year and 50% of them had issues with version 8 on stability. Software crashes all the time. I have to reinstall regularly. I cant rely on doing much more that scan and review. I found version 7 a lot better on stability but not enough features.
Pros: Accurate Color, Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Time Saving, Good Resolution, Good Bit Depth, Works on Network, Excellent Software
Cons: Remove duplicates, Software crashing

I purchase this product a thought that it would take me forever s I put it away for 2 weeks and then decided to give it a try. It took me 5 mintues to set it up and 10 mintues to scan all my cards that I had in my desk at work. this softwas has saved my life. I am so mad at my self for mot opening the box when I forst purcased this that I could just kick myself. I now have all the ladies at work hooked on this product. I actullay have gotten 3 free lunches and 2 dinners for saving them time and space as well as the headace of keeping up with those hundreds of cards. Now we are looking at how and what to do with all or our recipts that we accumlulate.
Pros: Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Good Resolution

Non-typist's best friend!

Being a non-typist(10 words an hour),I would not have a contact list without CardScan.
Pros: Good Bit Depth, Works on Network, Works better than I do, Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible
