Save contacts in a flash with Card Scan.

The former stacks of cards now easily scan directly into my computer and sync onto by Windows based smart phone. I waited a year after seeing Card Scan in an airlines magazine before purchasing. Now I wouldn't be without it and I advise everyone, for home or business, to by Card Scan. It gives me automatic assess to the information I need.
Pros: Widely Compatible, Works on Network, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Good Resolution

During a crisis organization counts!

During 9/11 after OEM was evacuated and later destroyed in a collapse, managed shared inter-agency contact information was unavailable. With other IT services greatly reduced or not fuctioning, independent management was necessary. Using CardScan I was able to rebuild all and then some of all the key leader during, and after the event. Networking the database with our own servers and then using a SatCom unit to link up with our mobile command units I had realtime access and contact input no matter were I was. That's management and flexibilty at its best.
Pros: Mobility, Widely Compatible, Works on Network, Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Rapid OCR

Excellent Product

I attend various conference & meeting, I love card scan when I come back from conference and able to scan them immidiately! The feature I like the most is, I tried several card scanning products from other vendors, the only challenge is the data are accessible only on local disk with them and if something goes wrong all my data is gone, but with card scan application the webbased access of all my card are really great!, I can have my secratary work on cleaning data on the web even when I am not in office and I can access the most accurate data on web! Great Product, I highly recommend this! No other product can beat this.. Only thing I am not clear at this point is how to syncronize my data on local cardscan software with online (I am able to send new image from my local PC to web) but not able to get back data from the online site(cleaner data) to my PC/notebook.
Pros: Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Widely Compatible, Easy Setup
Cons: Diff to sync with Linked

After all the business cards, i use it for my banking cards to keep the numbers and for all the cards i need to keep save.
Pros: Works on Network, Excellent Software, Good Resolution
Cons: No french at all

I have scanned almost 4,000 cards into Cardscan. I love the on-line availability of my database from any computer. It saves a huge amount of time entering data. I love that there can be unlimited categories - -so if I meet someone at an event, I can enter that as well as their occupation. I will probably get upwards of 7,000 people by the end of this year. Couldn't live without it now!!

CardScan Is My Time Machine

In sales your contacts are the lifeblood of the sales cycle. I can drop a card in, synch with my Blackberry and keep attending to my contacts real needs-my time is spent doing what we do, not managing our data. When the deal is closed I can take data and send it on easily to my team.

Great way to keep track of calling cards

Converts calling cards to Microsoft Outlook contact file. Best thing is that it saves a picture of the card, both front and back, in Outlook. Graphic information, such as a map, is not lost. After scanning, you can throw the card out and clean up your desk!
