they should automatically transfer to the program you are using therefore eliminating the step of "Transfer"
Pros: Accurate Color, Easy Setup
Cons: Poor Software, Poor Resolution, Poor Bit Depth, slow, Difficult to Keep Clean

I have used CardScan for over 7 years. It has been the cornerstone of my contact management. I use both Outlook and Act! and CardScan always keeps both of them current and up to date. Over the years I have moved from one company to another, have moved from one PC to another and CardScan has allowed me to easily move locations and keep all my contact information up to date. I never worry now about lost contact data. CardScan keeps it safe for me. Being able to keep contacts up to date using AtYourService is a great time saver and has paid for CardScan over and over again. I now have over 4,000 contacts in CardScan and the accuracy of my contact information is at 95% due to AtYourService. One of the best features of CardScan is being able to just drag contact information from a web site or email and have CardScan format the information for me. This is such a time saver. CardScan is the best business product I own.

I am on my second Card Scan Scanner. We also bought a competitors product. We use the all the scanners for business cards. Then we transfer the information into ACT!. The CardScan user interface is easy to understand and use. The ability to scan multiple cards before processing them is a plus. Processing is reasonably good, but there are competitors that do a better job in processing the information on the card and getting it right. I hope CardScan continues to improve their character recognition / business card processing software because the rest of the product is superior to the competition.

I would like to be able to avoid confusion when handling contacts across Plaxo and Cardscan. My contacts get multiple emails from multiple services that their information needs to be updated. It turns off some and that's too many. TJ
