Cardscan makes me money!

I work in the real estate industry and use this constantly to track attendance at events we sponsor and follow up--that is the GOLD in any sales!! The fortune is in the follow up--Cardscan make it quick and easy! Saves me time and makes me money...YEAH![...]

Card Scan is GREAT!

We have been delighted with the performance of our Card Scan. My guys are on the road constantly and come back with fistfuls of businesss cards. Before Card Scan I had to manually enter each one of these into their Palm Desktop software. With Card Scan it just takes a few minutes to scan them in. The only issue I have with it is it doesn't seem to sync very well with Palm Desktop which is what all my guys use for their phones. I can scan a stack of cards in and when I sync it doesn't always transfer over all the contacts. Aside from that, Card Scan is the best thing since sliced bread!
Pros: Widely Compatible, Good Resolution, Works on Network, Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Easy Setup
Cons: Poor Syncing Capability

great product - can you add features

this is my 3rd CardScan product. I have used the Executive for the past year and it works well. However, there is new competition out there. They allow for scanning of expense receipts, etc. They are becomeing very handy when traveling and having to keep track of expenses. I am a new business owner, after working in a large corporation for 31 years. I have a sales staff that I have recommended CardScan to and they are opting for a competitive product. Any plans to update software to allow for those additional feartures ?
Pros: Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Excellent Software, Good Resolution
Cons: Bad scan of cursive fonts

My boss is often asking me to send something to someone that he met. I don't have a clue who they are or what company, but if I had a card, they are in card scan. I look there and can easily send what he has asked me to do. He is really good about giving me the cards he collects. So, far it has been a great tool. I have had some problems trying to get the e-mail to outlook.

Cons: Inaccurate Scans, Difficult Setup

I love my Cardscan because they dumbed it down and created a very easy setup along with visually appealing software. It is like having a roladex on your screen with great sorting and exporting capabilities. The best word for Cardscan Executive is intuitive.

A sales tool without compare!

I have an older version of the CardScan which has faithfully been sitting on my desk for almost 5 years now. As the Director of Sales for my company, I travel to lots of trade shows, and pick up dozens of cards on each trip. Additionally I often get cards from others in my group which can number 50 or more. I used to have my assistant manually add each one by hand, but now I scan them all into my contact list in minutes, and that same day I can send out personalized letters using mail merge to keep the hotest leads focused on our products. Without my Cardscan, it would take two weeks before I could follow up with a mailing. I absolutely know I close more business faster through my Cardscan automation!

We were in trouble

We were in trouble. A massive rush of potential sales contacts approached our exhibit booth. We were way over our heads. Besides the fast, easy and accurate contact info capture, the management of duplicates is unique and fantastic. Outlook would be a mess otherwise!!
