This product allowed me to quickly organize over 400 business cards and transfer the information to both my PDA and MS Outlook. In less than one week I was sending mass emails to all my contacts. What more could a start-up business want!
Pros: User intuitive, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible, Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Good Resolution
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

Beats compeition hands down

Tried a competitor. Took it back 2 days later to get the one I should have gotten the first time. Great for having our receptionist scan visitor's cards to a central contact list.
Pros: Good Resolution, Excellent Software, Easy Setup

It does what it says on the tin. The best contact data base on the market. What more can i say?!?
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Mass e-mail facility, Syns with Outlook, Safe secure back-up, No more power lead, Can use it world wide, Easy to import data, Simple to Use, Categories are great idea, Date time stamp now in
Cons: Needs to expand further

Definately a good investment especially for small business. You can easily access all contacts from the web and drag and drop names and contacts. Eliminates a lot of tedious typing.

I scan cards as soon as I get them, categorize and write the date and place on the back of each. It really helps me to recall contacts when following up weeks or months later.

Card Scan - Great System and Time Saver

I operate different businesses. I would like a copy of my business card available for e-mail signatures for each business. When I scanned my second card, it did not come through to Microsoft Outlook 2003 for use as a signature card.
