As a Contact management software you are never lost for your contacts details. It is fast, accurate and yet easy to use.
Pros: Good Bit Depth, Easy Setup, Excellent Software, Good Resolution, Accurate Color
Cons: Can't attach extra image

Great piece of electronic equipment that is not only accurate but time saving for inputing contact information. Great buy that I would buy again knowing how easy it is to use and the benefit of having it. It is a must if you meet and do business with several people.

Spend less time organizing contacts

1. I was able to quickly scan over 1400 business cards that I have collected for the last 15 years of business. ( without it I would still be typing, and I have owned my Cardscan for more than 8 months) 2. Then I was able to snyc them with my outlook and put them into categories. 3. Then I was able to sync that to my Window Mobile Smart phone and keep my contacts always at hand.

Fastest Management of Cards and Contacts

I use it for current card scanning and historic networking reference. It allows me to isolate regions and identify contacts within each. Enter Arizona as a search and find all sales contacts within the region to include in your itinerary. Meet someone after many years and recall their work history and past contact card information. Curious about that hotel you once staying in while in Imola, Italy ...it's all at your fingertips.

I work as Employment Coordinator, and must have handy several contacts. Before having CardScan, I usually misplaced them, but now they are at my hand all the time! I love CardScan. It's my personal assistant.
