Almost perfect, needs some adjustments

Very easy to setup and use. However, when synchronizing with outlook, some information is lost (i.e. birthdays, spouses names). Additional features to software required, like adding a card scan to an existing contact
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Accurate Color
Cons: Not all outlook fields, Poor Software

This product will save you time

I would like to see the synchronisation with MS Outlook improved. At present not all Cardscan fields end up in Outlook, particularly, second business numbers or second mobiles. either the syc software needs improving or you need an add-on for outlook to handle mapping the extra fields. With this further improvement I would give it 10 out of 10.
Pros: Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Excellent Software, Good Bit Depth, Widely Compatible, Easy Setup
Cons: Sync to be improved

Killed the clutter and confusion

I'm am stuck on Lotus notes and needed a good product to help me organize my contacts. Cardscan has been great. It even works well with obscure business cards.
Pros: Good Resolution, Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Works on Network, Widely Compatible

Time and Contact saver

This product can be regarded as an indispensible addition to one's hardware for reasons of timesaving and contact backup (even online).The sync facility with Outlook works seamlessly. In the future one could expect the product to have an added feature to send the vcards directly from the Cardscan application via email to users with other contact applications such as Outlook. Regardless the product is outstanding as a visual contact reference library.

Cons: Vcard sending limitation

as an attorney I get a large number of business cards; Cardscan helps me to input them as fun, not as a chore

I thought CardScan was just for business cards. It works incredibly well for cards, but it is also an excellent contact manager for hand-entered data. Tech support doesn't get better.
