Powerful Tool!

I have found the CardScan to be and invaluable tool in my arsenal! I am able to keep track of my contacts much better especially with the online version. [...]
Pros: Excellent Software, Good Bit Depth, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible, Works on Network, Good Resolution, Easy Setup
Cons: Always could be FASTER

Wish it also did receipts. I'd have bought a NeatReceipts b/c that scanner / software does both, but the online CardScan software is awesome and was the deciding factor.
Pros: Good Bit Depth, Accurate Color, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Excellent Software, Good Resolution
Cons: Expensive, but worth it.

The only area it did not scan too well was when there is some Arabic on front of same English card - but I think this is to be expected!

When I get back from appointments or just meeting a new contact I don't have to spend time typing card info. into my database. Plus the best thing is that it routinely contacts these people via email to see if their information has changed. Never lose track of a contact again.
Pros: Fast, Online backup, Easy Setup, Excellent Software, Routine contact updates

Excellent to keep all contacts organized. You need to spend some time to clean up the scanned information as the card scan cannot pick up all the text if it includes pictures and graphics but very easy to use. Being able to Access the contacts on the internet when traveling is invaluable! Excellent product.
