I use it 2-3 times a day in keeping my contacts up to date in Microsoft Outlook. It is really fast and amazingly accurate.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Excellent Software, Widely Compatible, Reliable Performance

I started a business card database for my boss. Being a first timer, I find the product very user friendly. I am amazed how the software can identify the data from the various designs of business cards. I like the search feature too. I hope that in time, my boss and I can use the database other than just housing information without the bulk of keeping hundreds of card in a box.

I use it for adding contacts to my outlook and for holiday cards I'm sending out. You do have to check for errors.
Pros: Great Product, Works on Network, Good Bit Depth, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Good Resolution

Get organized with Cardscan

I scan my cards, file them and often don't use them again! I don't need to - I open CardScan, find the contact information I need. Often I'm on a call when the need for a related contact comes up. With rapid keyword search I can find a contact during the call. It shows I'm a resourceful, agile partner - good things I think you'd agree!

I would like to have it more user friendly when trying to upgrade to a new version. I got frustrated the last time I tried to upgrade and gave up!

The scanning date should be stored too
