I use the CardScan Executive to keep track of several thousand business cards and contacts. I had the system set up and in use within ten minutes of opening the box. I syncronize to Outlook and a PDA and it all works as expected

Best way to manage business cards

Good, easy way to manage business cards. Had no trouble getting to surveys, but can't get CardScan Updates to work. Have not seen a better way to manage numerous business cards - most require very little editing after scanning.
Pros: Easy Setup, Good Resolution, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible

Very Flexible and adaptable to different needs. Does not waste time, very quick to use. Very hard and long waits to get hold of tech support.
Pros: easy / flexible sorting, Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Excellent Software
Cons: hard to get support, Difficult Setup

Saves hours and keeps me organized

OCR is great I do not have to do much of any editing except for fancy cards. I have been using CardScan for about 7 years. I have up graded once both hardware and software, however I like my hardware, but I am unable to use it with the new software CRM software. I wish they would make the software compatible with the older hardware (about 2 or 3 years old). It seems so non environmentally friendly to require new hardware. So I guess I will just use the old software...
