The Software Needs a Big Time Update!

Its a very focused product. I've used 3 different version for over 5 years and my most recent is the 700c. My major complaint is the software is unreliable and often requires hand input to correct scans. Also the interface of the software feels old, dated and in desperate need of a redesign to make it easier to use and find files when you have over 15 files.

Cons: Unreliable Performance, Clunky Software

The update service keeps sending the same old images and information when I have scanned newer information. It just sent me my own information with a 2-year old business card image! Something is out of whack!

The software is superb! I'm very surprised by its consistent ability to classify the data elements regardless of the huge variation among cards and orientations. Do you sell the software separately? Business cards have extremely fine print, yet mistakes are rare. "Standard" OCR has many more errors in the 6pt.(and sometimes lower) range.

Cons: Lengthy export process

The product is excellent. I do, however, find a tremendous lacking in that it does not interface with AOL, my primary e-mail provider.
