I find the transfer into Outlook to be hit and miss

Great Card Scanning Solution

Cardscan is a great way to manage my contacts in my business. The world has gone electronic yet we still pass around these antiquated little pieces of paper. Until such time that we exchange electronic business cards on a regular basis, CardScan is the best way to manage them. I have used CardScan for many years, dating back to the parallel port models. Unfortunately, those models were slow and the software somewhat difficult to use efficiently on a regular basis. As such, I returned to manually typing in my business cards. However, now that I have been using the CardScan Executive for a year, that is the only way I manage my contacts. The updated software is easy to use and syncs nicely with Outlook. As I have my Outlook Contacts synced to my PDA via Verizon Wireless' Wireless Sync feature, whenever I add business cards via CardScan, my Outlook Contacts and Phone Contacts are all updated instantly. Now, instead of the stacks of business cards I used to have on my desk, I now only have a CardScan Executive, allowing me to recycle those little pieces of paper.
Pros: Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Good Bit Depth, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Good Resolution
