Easy Fast Accurate Time Saver

I greatly appreciate that I can scan in the information synchronize the information with Micrsoft Outlook and transfer to my MDA/PDA Phone. In that way I always have updated contact list with me
Pros: Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Easy Transfer of Info, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Widely Compatible
Cons: None It works

I like using CardScan because the software is simple to use, the scanner is small enough to fit into my laptop case and the OCR engine works better than many I have seen on considerably more expensive document capture systems. I can stop at a Caribou Coffee at the end of my day and scan in all the cards I collected for the day in just a few minutes. Great product for the money. I recommend it to client and salespeople I meet all the time.

Why wouldn't you buy this???

Cardscan saves so much time! At the end of a week of cold calls and appointments, the LAST thing I want to do is spend 2 hours inputting business cards to Salesforce!
Pros: Easy Setup, Fast, Good Resolution, Widely Compatible
Cons: No problems to date

The unit is a timesaver but may have limitations
