Pros: Easy Setup, Excellent Software
Cons: Difficult to Keep Clean, Inaccurate Scans

It was an easy set up, that was great since I am always asking my husband to set things up for me. I am the President of a fashion networking group of about 900 people in Washington DC and it keeps me VERY organized. One of the best investments I have ever made.

My boss has thousands of business cards; some he wants to keep in Outlook as his contacts, others he does not. I maintain all of his business cards in a flat rolodex 3-ring binder. Often he needs to reach out to a person but doesn't remember a last name or what their new company name is. With Cardscan, I have multiple ways to find the business card and contact information within moments of his request. I am mildly disappointed in how many cards I must correct after scanning, but the scanner and the software works very well overall and at least 95% of each card is recognized by the software. If I had any other request it would be to try to develop software that recognizes the Chinese language next!
Pros: Accurate Color, Easy Setup, It's fast
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

My cards drawer finally empty!

Finally my cards drawer will be empty. Now I can use that real estate for better purposes. I was looking for a easy way to feed my contact software. Now I am happy that I choosed Cardscan.
Pros: Works on Network, Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Easy Setup
Cons: Still not 100 accurate
