I recommend Card Scan to all of my Sales Team and to any of our many customers Sales Teams who have stacks of business cards or Rolodex. It's the way to go!
Pros: Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Works on Network, Widely Compatible, Good Resolution, Good Bit Depth, Accurate Color
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

A salesman's best tool for leads.

This totally eliminates the clutter and disorganization of keeping actual business cards. I just scan and toss the original. Notes of who the contact is and where met can be handwritten on the back of the card and also scanned. Categorizing each card makes it a breeze to print out lead sheets for sales calls. Notations can be added daily for follow-ups.

I use this product so build a database and also act as a backup for data. I love the ease of use of this product. I am not sure how I would improve the product.
