I need more features

I wish it could sync more than 1 address book in Outlook at a time. I have 3 files that I sync to 3 different address books at a time. I constantly have to keep changing the settings for the one I need to sync instead of having a permenant map between the address books so that when I need to sync it will sync all the address books at once.
Pros: Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Easy Setup, Good Resolution

Great for Business Development activitie

Great for sending out targeted invites and newsletters to specific audiences. Also shows patterns of participation in various events. Software needs improvement to manage, sort, and send various messages and e-mails.
Pros: Widely Compatible, Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Accurate Color
Cons: Poor Software

Useful but cumbersome

I have been waiting for years to get support for Macintosh. I have to use windows just for this. It is a real headach. Also my Palm updates create a lot of duplicates. Really frustrating. Wish it could work in Chinese. I can look at the cards on the web to see the Chinese, but I can't sort by it or use it very easily. Better than nothing.
Pros: Accurate Color, Scans Chinese for Referen, Works on Network, Good Resolution
Cons: Doesn't exprot Vcards
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has helped me with my organizational skills and has kept me current on my business contacts. It is very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of time to update. I also like the fact that you can actually have a color image of your contacts business Card.

Time Saving and Effective

Great product that saved a lot of time inputing hundreds of business cards and synchronising to Outlook. The automatic contact updates is a painless way to keep contacts current.
