Well worth it - a great investment!

I have had it for about 3 years. the SW updates are excellent, sync is easy and quick. I switched jobs and computers, but did not have tow worry about backing up my contacts, importing/ exporting, etc. Everth=ything is backed up on cardscan.net. If you are considering it, go with the cardscant exec with the onlien backup - it will make the product much more usefull - and therefore its value to you will be much longer term. one other nice thing - I have not needed to worry about getting a new device bc the HW was outdated - they give free SW updates, which is really the power of the system!
Pros: Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Good Resolution, Excellent Software, Cardscannet back up

Store business cards on lap top and then transfer data to ACT software. Compatible and works well.

I collect up to 30 business cards a week. Obviously CardScan saves me time. The filing function is particualrly useful.
Pros: Easy Setup, Excellent Software
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

I need more features

I wish it could sync more than 1 address book in Outlook at a time. I have 3 files that I sync to 3 different address books at a time. I constantly have to keep changing the settings for the one I need to sync instead of having a permenant map between the address books so that when I need to sync it will sync all the address books at once.
