Great Scanner and OCR-DB Management Weak

I try to maintain separate business and personal databases. The system keeps merging them. I would also like to be able to reprint a duplicate of a card for a coworker or send it as a vcard. The system is great but the software could be better.
Pros: Works Efficiently, Small Footprint, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance, Quality Construction

Search is outstanding and quick. Had to use customer service (turned out to be a firewall issue at work) and found this outstanding and personal.

Good basics-Software could be better

Very good hardware and the scan works very well. I wish that it were easer to move contacts from one database to another within the cardscan program. My primary contact manager is ACT! so moving the information to ACT! is primary. This works well but would like to move the card to a different CS data base for storage or later recall and that is a bulky process. Drag n drop would be great for this.

No Character Recognition

For international contacts Card Scan is not useful for Chinese, Japanese or Korean contacts because it fails to recognize Chinese characters.
Pros: Normal
